Families need to add all exhibitors and entries for their family members prior to submitting their entries for payment in the system. If you submit your entries before you've added all exhibitors, please note that you must wait for your invoice to be approved before you can add anymore exhibitors or entries to a new invoice.

"4-H Online" with a Green background should appear by the exhibitor's name when you add them, if they are in 4-H, FFA, or a Cloverbud. IF YOU DON'T SEE THIS, YOU HAVE NOT LOGGED INTO THE SYSTEM USING YOUR 4-H ONLINE LOGIN INFORMATION AND THAT IS A PROBLEM. Call us if you need help with this (513)892-1423
