Welcome to the 2024 Coles County 4-H Fair online entry process. Be sure to have all your projects entered by June 3, 2024. Fair Entry will close after June 3, and you cannot enter the site. Please enter all the projects you would like to show at the fair. If you are not registered, you cannot register on the day of the fair.

Members are only eligible to exhibit a project at the 4-H Show if enrolled in that project area through ZSuite by May 1. For a complete list of the projects enrolled, please access your ZSuite account, go to the participation tab, and select projects.

Each 4-H Show entry has specific requirements that must be followed. Please review your Coles County 4-H Fair book to help you understand the project requirements for each exhibit. To view the show book online, visit: Here

Fair Dates:

• Public Presentations (Public Speaking Contest) Saturday, March 9
• Horse Show: Sunday, July 14
• Cat Show: Thursday, July 11
• Dog Show: Tuesday, July 15
• Home & Family Show: Tuesday, July 16
• General Project Show: Saturday, July 20
• Fair Week (Livestock shows): July 28 - August 2

As we enter fair season Illinois 4-H will respond to and adjust events in response to evolving guidance as provided by the CDC, IDPH, and University of Illinois. Additional local venue guidelines will be followed.
