Please create your family account, then create an exhibitor. Add all the entries for that exhibitor. Then create the next exhibitor from your family, along with all of their entries. Complete the creation of all exhibitors and their entries before submitting the invoice. Make sure to add all of the animals that each exhibitor might possibly show under their exhibitor record.

Some items to note:
- Recommended browsers: Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. Older versions of Internet Explorer may cause unexpected behavior.
- Register all entries for each exhibitor in the family before proceeding to the Payment section.
- Showmanship classes need to be entered with the grade just completed.
- Be sure to click the “Submit” button when you have completed your entries. Entries are not final until they have been submitted.
- Check your email inbox for a confirmation email with a list of your entries and any related fees.
- You will receive a second email when your entries have been approved by your fair.
Also, be aware that you must have record books completed and checks picked up by November 1, 2023 and deposited before November 30, 2023 or any boost money will be forfeited to the auction account and you will only be paid the market value of the animal sold at the auction. These will be available beginning October 1, 2023.
