Welcome to Sargent County Fair 2023!

Sargent County 4-H members and families, please log in using the green 4-H Online button. Your login information for FairEntry is the same information as your 4-H Online login.

Please reference your paper copy of the Sargent County Fair book or use the online copy (https://tinyurl.com/2023SC4-HFairBook) to ensure you are completing pre-registration correctly. Use this guide book for rules on specific class requirements and policies for the fair.

  • Exhibit Check-In and Release: Check-in is on Friday, July 21 @ 8:30 a.m. Please DO NOT bring your 4-H exhibits to the fairgrounds before that time. Release of livestock and static exhibits is Sunday, July 23 @ 3:00 - 5:00 p.m.

Static Exhibits:

  • Number of Exhibits: At the Sargent County Fair, a 4-H member may enter an UNLIMITED number of exhibits per class number.
  • Static Descriptions: The description text box is for you to provide a detailed description of your exhibit so that county staff know exactly what to look for upon check in and exhibition. For example, if you type in "bird house" we don't know which bird house is yours. If you type in "bird house with red tin roof, star shaped entrance, and turquoise walls," we will be able to see that bird house and attach the appropriate tag and awards. Labels referred to in your fair book can be found on the Google Drive.

Livestock Exhibits:

  • Number of Exhibits: At the Sargent County Fair, a 4-H member may enter ONE exhibit per class number.
  • Stall Reservation: Livestock exhibitors this year are required to provide a count of how many stalls will be needed throughout the duration of the fair. Please answer the questions to the best of your knowledge.
  • Showmanship: All 4-H'ers are REQUIRED to register for the showmanship class of their species and age group (Jr. Goat Showmanship) to be eligible for participation in the Premium Sale.

You will receive a confirmation email when you submit the exhibits. Make sure you enter all exhibits for your entire family before proceeding to "Payment" section. The payment section will have a zero balance but is required for us to assign premiums. Once you submit your exhibits, county staff will approve them. After approval, you will re-gain access to your account to make any edits or additions.
