Welcome to our Shawano County online fair entry system. By submitting an entry you are agreeing to abide by our code of conduct.

Junior Fair Exhibitors:

• All youth organization members should be entering in JUNIOR FAIR (not open class) unless you joined your organization after February 1.
• Fees for all Jr Fair exhibitors will be paid by your representative organization. It is up to them if they collect $2 from you or they simply pay on your behalf. The 4-H club general leader/FFA or other youth group advisor will be notified when entry tags are ready. They will pick up and coordinate getting them to you.

Open Class Antique Exhibitors:

• All Antique entries must be submitted by paper.

IF you are submitting entries for both OPEN and JUNIOR please submit your junior entries first. Then, once approved, submit your open entries. This allows for the correct billing and pick up locations for payments and tags.

All Open class entries need to be paid by credit card if entered online. If submitting a paper entry (from the back of the fair book) you can pay by check, cash or credit.

OPEN CLASS: Animal exhibitors, you can pay your stall/pen fees online as well. Please be sure to answer the appropriate question when you set yourself up as an EXHIBITOR. You can return to this page to confirm/correct your numbers after you have selected all your entries by clicking on the green EXHIBITOR box on the top left of your screen BEFORE you submit your entries. Once on the exhibitor screen you simply click edit behind the correct name to take you back to the animal fee questions. (Junior Fair exhibitors, answer all necessary questions with 0 unless you wish to pay a fee)

All season passes and parking passes need to be purchased at the fair office.
